Welcome to my EDCI 339: Distributed and Open Learning Blog Site! This is where you can find all my blog posts for the course! My name is Abby and I am 20 years old. I live up island in the Comox Valley, but moved to Victoria for school 2 years ago to do the elementary education program. However, I still like to spend my summers at home in the Comox Valley, which is where I currently am. This summer I am taking a few additional classes to move towards getting my TQS upgrade. I am also working as a summer camp leader. In my spare time, I like to listen to music, specifically Taylor Swift, snowboard, ski, hike, and swim. I am excited to take this course to learn more about distributed and open learning and its benefits. This is a subject I will be able to implement in my career as a teacher to make learning more accessible.
